    Class of 2021 ~ Senior Photos

    Senior pictures for the class of 2021 are DUE FRIDAY, January 29, 2021. It is required that all pictures be sent in digital format; they can be emailed to JBurhan@stu.clare.k12.mi.us. A cd or flash drive will also work. Pictures must be a minimum of 2" x 3" in portrait orientation at 300 dpi or above for resolution and in either a .jpg or .tiff file format. When choosing which photograph to submit, always choose a photo that has the senior as the focal point of the picture (head and shoulder shots work best). Only pictures featuring the student may be submitted. Please direct questions to bgoward@stu.clare.k12.mi.us.

     

    CHS Yearbooks 

    Clare High School Yearbooks are on sale for $45 through Feb 5. After Feb 5, they will go up to $50. Yearbooks can be purchased for 2020-2021 by clicking here.

    Name stamps and icons can be purchased as an added cost. You might consider selecting the yearbook only option rather than the deluxe or standard options as it will likely be cheaper to purchase a book and then adding the namestamp for $5 later (total of $50).

    Virtual Learning

    Students who are enrolled in our Virtual Learning program for the fall of 2020 should have received an email with their log in information.  To log in please visit Edmentum's website.  Students or parents should plan to contact virtual learning mentors during their scheduled office hours.  Virtual students attending CTE will be required to ride the bus from Clare High School to CTE and back, then go home for the remainder of your day.  
     
    PARENTS:  To request parental access to monitor your student's progress in Edmentum, click this Parent Access Link and answer all questions.  
      
     
    Lunch Pre-order instructions
    Students can pre-order their lunches this year to speed up the lunch line, you can find instructions on how to do so here.  If lunch is not pre-ordered, they can wait in line to make their selections in the lunchroom.  
     
    Chromebook Repair:
    If a virtual student has a school issued chromebook that is not working properly, students or parents/guardians can drop the device off Monday through Friday from 8-3.  Loaner devices will be available until the students device is repaired.  
       
    Dual Enrollment and Early Middle College:
    Dual enrollment and Early Middle College applications are available in the guidance office section of our website. 
     
    2021-2022 Clare High School Course Descriptions
    Click on the above link to see what courses will be available for students in the 2021-2022 school year. You will also be able to see a description of the course, how many credits the course is worth, in which grades the course is taught, and if there are any prerequisites.

    Chrome Books - This year, every student at CHS will receive his or her own chrome book. You must have a Student Device Agreement and an Acceptable Use Policy Agreement filled out prior to receiving your chrome book. They do require a parent's signature. You can pick them up in the office, or you can print them from here:  Agreement  

    New Students - If interested in attending Clare High School, birth certificates and immunization records are required. Registration packets may be obtained at the High School office. 

    Daily Bulletin   - Clare High School's Daily Bulletin is available on Powerschool if you wish to see the daily announcements. If you need login and password information you can call the office at (989) 386-7789.

    Attendance Line - If you wish to call in to excuse your child's absence at Clare High School you can call the Attendance Line at (989) 386-1246 and leave a message or you can call the High School office during school hours.

    Transcripts - Clare High School utilizes Parchment to order and send your transcript and other credentials securely. Click here to sign up and begin requesting your transcripts online.  Please follow these directions if you need to order your final transcript when you have just graduated. Finalized transcripts are added to Parchment by June 15th. Transcripts sent before that date may NOT be your finalized transcript if you have just graduated.
