  • Alternative Education

    Our alternative education is available for students who are between 15 and 19 years of age. Clare Pioneer High School is a learning environment for those who are unable to attend a traditional school or who have experienced difficulty in completing their education in a traditional school. Students must earn at least two credits from PHS in order to receive a Clare Pioneer diploma. Our teachers are highly qualified instructors and our program is aligned with the Comon Core State Standards. We offer a blend of online courses as well as teacher led courses.

         4. Two Proofs of Residency

         5. Transcipts from previous school

     

    Adult Education

    Our adult education program is intended for individuals 18 and older. We provide students the opportunity to earn a high school diploma or GED. In order to enroll, please stop by one of our locations to pick up an application packet. Students will need to know their Social Security Number and provide a copy of both their birth certificate and state ID in order to apply.

    Our two locations:

    • Clare Pioneer High School: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

      • 8:15-12:00 (Certified Teacher Instruction Available)

      • 12:00-3:15 (Workspace available)

    • Harrison Michigan Works!: Tuesday and Thursday 

      • 8:15-12:00 (Certificed Teacher Instruction Available)
